Photography is an art which is developed over the course of time. It is a skill that doesn't come instantly or easily, and the learning process never ends. In his 30-plus years of taking photos, Smithville resident Bill Luton has seen many changes in the art of photography, and has evolved with each of them. Today, he has thousands upon thousands of photos of persons, places and things from areas far and wide. Luton's experience and many works are featured in the latest edition of DTC3's State of the Arts, beginning Monday night, June 29, at 7:00 p.m.
